We’re excited to introduce Angela Chick to the Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club family! Originally from Missouri, Angela brings more than 30 years of expertise in the restaurant and hospitality industry, with an impressive track record in human resources, operations and management. Throughout her career, she has worked in diverse locations, including Great Lakes, IL, Pensacola, FL and San Diego, CA, before making Santa Rosa Beach her home for the last 21 years.
Angela’s professional background includes a decade-long tenure as the Human Resources Director at BankTrust, where she managed HR operations across 10 branches, from Destin to Lynn Haven. In this role, she excelled in team management, branch oversight and organizational development. Following her success in banking, Angela transitioned to the hospitality sector, taking on key roles at Shunk Gulley, Cork & Barrel and Gallion’s in Santa Rosa Beach. Over five years, she earned multiple promotions, ultimately serving as FOH Manager and Human Resources and Payroll Manager. Her responsibilities included overseeing human resources in a multi-million-dollar operation, driving sales growth, ensuring health and safety compliance and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Angela’s blend of financial stewardship and hospitality experience makes her a remarkable addition to our team. Her commitment to operational excellence and customer experiences aligns perfectly with the values of our club.
Outside of her professional accomplishments, Angela is the proud mother of her 17-year-old daughter, Abigail, a dedicated basketball player at South Walton High School. Please join us in welcoming Angela Chick to our club!
