With more than 20 years of distinguished experience in world-class restaurants, resorts and kitchens, Chef Chris brings a wealth of culinary creativity and a passion for Southern cuisine with international influences. His exceptional leadership and organizational skills have fostered innovative, team-oriented environments, ensuring guest satisfaction and retention. Chef Chris’s impressive career includes overseeing culinary operations at Wilson Hospitality, where he managed multiple kitchen concepts and all food and beverage services for the Boutique Hotel Louis. His dedication to excellence in food quality, cost control and staff training has earned him numerous accolades, including the Servant Heart Awards for “Detail Oriented” and “Passion.”
Before joining us, Chef Chris played a pivotal role at St. Joe Hospitality in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, where he contributed to the Forbes Four-Star and AAA Four Diamond ratings at Watersound Club and The Pearl Hotel. His ability to create and foster kitchen teams focused on collaboration and innovation has led to increased wedding and group business sales and successful management of resort-specific festivals and events.
