We are excited to share some delicious news with you! August 27, 2024, we are debuting our brand-new menu at Vue on 30a and we can’t wait for you to try it.
As the new culinary team behind Vue on 30a, we’ve poured our passion, creativity and years of experience into crafting a dining experience that reflects the unique character of the 30A community. Every dish on this menu is a celebration of the flavors we love, and we hope you’ll love them too.
Here are just a few of the new dishes we’re particularly proud of:
House Smoked Tuna Dip: This starter is one of our favorites, featuring rich, smoky flavors thanks to our new 800 lb. smoker.
“Niceville Hot” Chicken Sandwich: A crispy fried marinated chicken breast topped with angel hair slaw, dill pickle, and a buffalo hot honey sticky sauce that’s sure to be a hit.
NOLA Style BBQ Shrimp: Enjoy a taste of New Orleans with our Cajun-style reduction, garlic cheddar biscuit, and grilled lemon.
Southern Style Fish and Shrimp: A modern take on Southern culinary traditions that we think you’ll find both comforting and exciting.
Warm Bread Pudding: We couldn’t resist ending the meal with something sweet, so we’re serving this freshly made bread pudding with vanilla ice cream, caramel, and chocolate sauce.
