Chef Gio’s Crab Cake Recipe

One of Chef Gio’s favorite ways of serving crab cakes is over a bed of mixed greens topped with chopped tomatoes, onions and cucumbers. Toss in a dressing of your choice and add a lemon slice for garnish. To experience more delicious creations, visit us at Vue on 30a!


1 lb. crab meat

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 red pepper, diced

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning

1 bunch cilantro, minced


Mix all ingredients together, form into patties, saute and serve.
