DESCRIPTION: Utilizing a variety of gaits & paces, improve balance, posture, core strength & endurance in this low intensity workout set to soothing music. Water provides submerged muscles 12 times the resistance of air. Choose to walk in chest deep or shoulder deep water or wear a buoyancy belt to take away all impact & allow optimal flexing of joints. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and is provided as an alternative for those who are unable to participate in Yoga on the beach.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Aquatic shoes & gloves recommended; buoyancy belt (optional)
