Santa Rosa Member Only Fitness. Chair yoga allows Seniors and Beginners to modify yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. For all classes, we ask that you bring a yoga mat. Additionally, please wear comfortable clothing that allows for uninhibited movement. We encourage you to also bring bottled water and a small towel.
