CLASS: BELLES OF THE BALL (BB) New Class!
TIME: 8:30 – 9:00

DESCRIPTION: For 15 minutes, buoyancy balls are utilized to perform exercises that engage & work both upper and lower body to improve muscle tone and to strengthen & stabilize core. An additional 15 minutes will include exercises completed with resistance bells (water weights) to strengthen and tone arms, upper body and core.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Resistance water weights (bells); Buoyancy balls are provided by class leaders, water shoes (optional)
