CLASS: AQUATIC FITNESS ZONES (AFZ) New class!
TIME: 8:30 – 9:00
LEADERS: Kristen Junker, Dianna Owings & Karen Angleosante (alternating/co-teaching)
DESCRIPTION: Complete a variety of aerobic and resistance exercises at different ‘zones’ in the pool and when the music stops, off to the next zone your group will go! This fast-paced class will emphasize movement in all joints and is appropriate for all fitness levels. Who knew that group exercise could be so much fun?
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Water shoes recommended & aquatic gloves for resistance (optional); all equipment used at stations will be provided by leaders.
