EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Resistance Weights (bells); Bands (tubular, ankle, etc. provided by instructor)
DESCRIPTION: This moderate level workout to music will utilize resistance hand weights (bells) singularly & in conjunction with a variety of resistance bands to strengthen and tone upper body, legs, gluts & core. Not recommended for people with shoulder issues.
