Open Member Tee Time – Ladies Golf | Tuesdays @ 10am
CLASS: USE YOUR NOODLE (UYN)
TIME: 9:00 – 10:00
LEADERS: Eden Cooper & Karen Angelosante (alternating); Dianna Owings (Back-up)
DESCRIPTION: Noodles are used to stretch, strengthen, balance & tone all muscle groups. This class encompasses full range of motion, engages all extremities, and has intervals of moderate cardio work.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Water Noodle, water shoes (optional)

CLASS: TEAM AQUA RUNNERS (TAR)
TIME: 8:00 – 8:30
LEADERS: Dianna Owings (Barbie Goins & Jennifer Jones back-up)
DESCRIPTION: “Taking it to the Water”, this workout will build muscle, increase aerobic conditioning, and improve flexibility. Water running brings the same benefits as running on land without strain on joints & skeletal system. Set to music with a fast beat, you can run to the beat or slow it down to the double beat. Either way you will have a fabulous cardio workout.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Buoyancy belt (to support and maintain proper vertical buoyancy), Aqua Runners ® recommended (to add resistance to water running), aquatic gloves (optional)
CLASS: AQUATIC FITNESS ZONES (AFZ) New class!
TIME: 8:30 – 9:00
LEADERS: Kristen Junker, Dianna Owings & Karen Angleosante (alternating/co-teaching)
DESCRIPTION: Complete a variety of aerobic and resistance exercises at different ‘zones’ in the pool and when the music stops, off to the next zone your group will go! This fast-paced class will emphasize movement in all joints and is appropriate for all fitness levels. Who knew that group exercise could be so much fun?
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Water shoes recommended & aquatic gloves for resistance (optional); all equipment used at stations will be provided by leaders.
CLASS: AQUA AEROBICS (AA)
TIME: 9:00 – 10:00
LEADERS: Barbara Young & Sue Bryant (alternating); Barbie Goins & Eden Cooper (back-up)
DESCRIPTION: Low to moderate combination of stretches and low-impact aerobic exercises focusing on all muscle groups.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None; buoyancy belt, water shoes, aquatic gloves, ankle weights are all optional
